SystemVue 2007 Release Notes

SystemVue 2007 is now shipping. It is available for download to all customers with active support contracts and to holders of Demo Tickets.

Click on the following link to go to your My Account page. On that page, click on the link View Codes or Download Software to the right of the line showing the key that you wish to update. Choose and download the software from the page that appears.

Known Bugs

Bluetooth Library

Bug fixes to make base band transmit and receive tokens bit-accurate. Previously, some packet fields were reversed. Added transmit token outputs to better demarcate major packets fields.

Customer User Defined Filter

Custom filter designs that include a wide span of phase in degrees give incorrect results. This release corrects the problem, giving the user a choice of using SystemVue the original way (for compatibility with old files) or the new correct way.

Enhancements

New Examples

More than 30 new examples have been added. Many new examples have been added to the Bluetooth library to demonstrate transmission and reception of all packet types.

New examples in the Main library show phase noise simulation and Costas Loop data recovery with eye diagrams.

In RFLib and LogicLib, new examples cover P1dB sweeps for amplifiers, lighting strike modeling, QPSK, OQPSK, an MFSK modulator, and a digital Divide-by-2 example.
