IC-Cap 2006 + Add-ons 1, 2, & 3: Breakthrough Enhancements to Usability and Efficiency of Model Extraction

The IC-Cap 2006 release introduced MultiPlot Sudio, an enhanced graphical plotting utility. This release supported significant usability enhancements in our PSP, BSIM4, BSIM3, and Agilent HBT extraction packages which have cut extraction process times by as much as 50%.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR HSPICE USERS: IC-Cap 2006 supports HSPICE versions 2006.09 and higher. Therefore, if you are using a enarlier version of HSPICE you should not install IC-Cap 2006.

LSYNC is a new input type that enables multiple instance parameters as imputs, which refer to a master LIST (e.g., Length). Please see the attached presentation for more information.
