Specific local-language capabilities in Genesys

• Genesys Menus and User Interface have been localized into Simplified Chinese (PRC), Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), Japanese, Korean, and Russian beginning with the Genesys 2007.03 release (Service Pack 1 is required). Genesys 2007.08 and beyond enables Momentum GX for these languages.

• Unicode Text. Genesys users can create LiveReports, label parts, write equations and notes, and name files and workspace objects in their native languages. Designers use their local language keyboards, and key layouts may be easily changed to support multilingual workspaces. Since Genesys is a Unicode application, files can be exchanged worldwide with full compatibility.

Price and Availability

There is no charge to currently supported Genesys customers. You must install Genesys 2008.01 with Service Pack 1, or use a later release of Genesys.

Installation and Activation

Installation and activation only takes a few seconds.

1. Store the DLL file for your language in the Genesys\BIN directory.
2. Use the Genesys Tools > Options command to access GENESYS Global Options dialog (see Figure 1).
3. Set your Language preference (see Figure 2).
4. Re-start Genesys.
