AdMOS GmbH Advanced Modeling Solutions is modern service oriented company, with a special emphasis on the simulation and modeling of electronic components and systems. AdMOS develops the parameter extraction toolkits such as the BSIM3 and BSIM4 Modeling Packages, which are an integral part of Agilent's ICCAP Modeling Software. In addition, AdMOS is a third party supplier of other parameter extraction toolkits to ICCAP users.
