Spectre-Compatible Process Design Kits
Modifying Process Design Kits (PDKs) in either ADS or Spectre format to be compatible with either simulator in RF Design Environment.
Cadence Library Integration
Adding ADS simulation information to the Component Description Format (CDF) and creating an ADS Cellview for components in a Cadence library. Also includes information on creating ADS-format model files that contain model parameters for each component.
